A few simple rules keep your colors true, your edges sharp and your order moving. Not sure your file is ready? Upload it anyway. We review every file and send a free proof before anything prints.
Upload your artwork on the product page when you order. The upload field is required before you can add the item to your cart, so your file always travels with your order.
A print-ready PDF is ideal. AI, EPS and SVG work too, as do high-resolution PNG and JPG files.
Vector artwork (PDF, AI, EPS or SVG) gives the cleanest edges, especially on small type and thin lines.
Enlarging a small image does not add detail. If your logo only exists as a low-resolution image, see section 8.
Convert all fonts to outlines, or send a PDF with the fonts embedded. Your type will print exactly as you designed it, even if we do not have the font.
On cut-to-shape products such as die cut stickers and labels, you do not need to add bleed. We set the cut line for you and show it on your proof, so you can see exactly where the edge will fall.
Screens show color with RGB light, while printing uses CMYK ink, so a small shift is normal. Deep blues and bright neons move the most.
If a specific brand color is critical, tell us in the order notes and we will match it as closely as the process allows.
Upload one file per print location. Front and back are separate uploads, so each design is placed and sized correctly.
Send what you have. If something needs fixing, we will tell you what is wrong and how to fix it.
If you would rather we handle it, our design service can clean up your file, redraw a low-resolution logo or build your artwork from scratch. We will tell you up front if there is a cost.
Every order includes a free digital proof. Nothing goes on press until you approve it, and you can make changes at no cost until then.
