These terms cover how you buy from Octopus Digital Print, how orders, proofs and shipping work, and what each of us is responsible for. Placing an order means you accept them.

Octopus Digital Print is a custom printing business based in Pendergrass, Georgia, operating octopusdigitalprint.com. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Octopus Digital Print, and “you” means the person or business placing the order.
An order is placed when you complete checkout and we receive payment. We may decline or cancel an order before production — for example if the artwork cannot be printed, the material is unavailable, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
Because every item is produced to your specification, production only starts once your artwork is received and your proof is approved.
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and include setup and standard packaging unless the product page says otherwise. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. Shipping is free on orders over $99 unless the product page states that shipping is charged separately.
Payment is taken in full at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed and paid for.
You are responsible for the content of the files you send us. By uploading artwork you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that printing it does not infringe anyone else’s trademark, copyright or other rights.
We may decline to print artwork that is unlawful, infringing, or that we reasonably consider offensive. You agree to cover any third-party claim, loss or cost we face because of the artwork you supplied.
We keep your files only as long as we need them to produce and reprint your order, and we do not sell them or use them for anything other than your job and, where you allow it, showing our own work.
Every order includes a free digital proof. Approving the proof means you accept the layout, spelling, sizing and placement as shown. We cannot be responsible for errors that were visible on an approved proof.
If you ask us to skip the proof to save time, you accept the file as supplied.
Screens display color as RGB light and printing uses CMYK ink, so printed color can differ slightly from what you see on your monitor. Small variation between print runs is also normal. If an exact color is critical, tell us before you order so we can advise on the closest achievable match.
Turnaround times shown on the site are estimates measured from proof approval, not from the moment you place the order. Delivery dates depend on the carrier and are outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses or events beyond our reasonable control.
You can change or cancel an order at no cost until you approve your proof. After approval the job goes into production and we cannot stop it, so changes at that point mean a new order.
Custom printed products are made for you and cannot be returned or exchanged because you changed your mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the product. Where the fault is ours we will reprint the affected items or refund them, at our option. Reprints and refunds are limited to the affected portion of the order.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost sales, or the cost of a missed event or opening date. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of that state.
