Custom caps finish your team's uniform and give customers another way to wear your brand. Choose a Trucker cap with a structured front and mesh back, or a Classic cap in structured, low-profile chino twill. Both close with a snapback, so one adjustable size fits most.
Pick the technique that suits your logo: DTF print for full-color detail, an embroidered patch for a timeless look, or a PVC rubber patch for a bold, modern finish. Trucker caps carry your logo on the front; Classic caps can carry it on the front and both sides. The calculator shows the logo sizes available for your choice and lets you pick the cap color.
Ordering tip: embroidered and rubber patches look best with simple logos and bold shapes, while DTF print is the right choice for detailed, full-color artwork. Caps are a natural merch item too: order extra and offer them at the register, where they often become one of the best-selling items in a small merch display.
