The minimum is 12 pieces per item, and you can mix sizes to fit your whole team. The more pieces you order, the lower the price per garment.

We print with DTF (direct-to-film) transfers: full color, sharp detail and smooth gradients on cotton and blends. For caps, you can also choose an embroidered or PVC rubber patch.

Yes. DTF prints are built for daily wear. For the longest life, wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low and never iron directly over the print.

On T-shirts: front, back, left chest and sleeves. Hoodies, aprons, polos and chef jackets have their own print areas, shown on each product. Upload one file per print location.

Light T-shirts are soft and breathable, great for hot kitchens and long shifts. Heavy T-shirts have a thicker, structured feel that keeps its shape and looks premium, ideal for front-of-house uniforms and merch.

Yes, 2XL and 3XL carry a small upcharge per garment because they use more fabric. The calculator adds it automatically when you enter your sizes.

Adult S to 3XL and Youth YS to YL on most items. Choose your sizes and quantities in the calculator.

Yes. You can order any garment blank, without customization, to match the rest of your team’s uniforms.

A PNG with a transparent background, PDF, AI or EPS gives the best results. PSD, TIFF and JPG are also accepted. We review your files and send a free digital proof before printing. See our Artwork Guidelines for the full checklist.

Most apparel orders ship in about 4 days after you approve your proof. Orders over $99 ship free.
